Fermentation Vessel – Laboratory Equipment

Fermentor is made of triple wall, inner tank made of 3 mm thick stainless steel plate, insulated with 20 SWG Stainless Steel sheet lid and flange will be made of 6 mm Stainless Steel plate and bolted with neoprene gasket.
Accessories
 Steam generator – Suitable to Fermenter capacity
 Steam generator is double walled, inner tank made of 5 mm thick MS plate and lid will be made of 8 mm MS plate with neoprene gasket.
 The following provision will be made at the lid: Steam releasing valve, steam cock, safety valve, pressure gauge and pressure control switch.
 The following provision will be made in the body of the generator: water inlet, outlet, water level indicator and industrial heater. Inner tank is insulated with glass wool and covered with MS sheet and painted. Supported with MS channel structure.

Air Compressor
 With a capacity of 45 liter, max. pressure 10 kg/cm2 and regular working pressure 7 kg/cm2. The compressor shall be suitable to work on 230 V AC single phase. The compressor is to be run by suitable motor provided with starter.

Air filter/De-Humidifier
 Made of Stainless Steel pipe filled with silica gel provisions will be made of air inlet water outlet at the bottom. Approximate size will be 4” dia X 15” length.
 

Air Filter Primary
 Construction as dehumidifier but in the place of glass wool, cotton will be placed.
 

Air Filter Secondary
 Construction same as primary air filters but in the place of glass wool, cotton will be placed.
