Product Description
AIM
To find the co-efficient of viscosity of water by noting its flow through a capillary tube of uniform bore.
SPECIFICATION
- A capillary tube of fine bore is fitted on a Laminated board of Size 14” x 6”
- Then two ends are joined by rubber tubing and again jointed with H shape brass metal tubing whose one end goes to the L shaped manometer and the other end to the Input of water from the Constant level tank and the other end of fine bore capillary is against jointed with another brass H shape tube whose one end goes to the L shaped manometer and the other end to the output of water.
- A graduated scale is mounted between the two L shape manometer glass tubes.
- The Scale and manometer is mounted on a Laminated vertical board is size 14” x 6”
- With the help of a pinch cock, a steady flow of water is maintained. complete with a three limbed constant level tank of brass on stand with rubber tube glass parts are made of glass.
- PROCEDURE: The water level is shown in the L shape manometer before entering into the fine bore capillary and in 2nd L shape manometer water level is always lower as it is shown after crossing through the fine bore capillary.
- Accessory provided: Constant level tank three limbed with triangular base and m.s. chromed rod 12” long

5 Ltr Aspirator Bottle PVC give better results as input water can be controlled without difficulty.
