Boyle's Law apparatus is a high quality instrument designed to perform the standard experiments relating gas volume to gas pressure

CONSTRUCTION

• It has two glass tubes, one closed at the top and other tube open whose lower ends are connected together by 1 meter of pressure rubber tubing. The tube is filled with mercury (not provided with the instrument)
• Both tubes are mounted on sliding brackets with a provision to lock at any point which moves on two independent one meter long M.S. Chromed rods.
• The metal rods are clamped on a one meter long metal strip .
• The metal strip is fitted on a solid arc shaped base having two leveling screws.
• The lower end of the long m.s. rods is fixed on the metal base .
• The metal strip is also fitted with a meter scale graduated from 0 to 100 cm 
• without mercury provided with pressure rubber tube

ACCESSORY

The unit requires approx. 150gm of distilled mercury (not supplied in the kit).
