AIR WEDGE

It using 30 cm long Perspex wedge x 50 mm width and two slotted equal weights are hanged on both sides or two equal weights can be placed at an equal distance from the centre, so that the wedge is bent.

A parallel glass plate of size 75 mm  x50 mm is placed on the wedge.

When the wedge is bent , the fringes are created , and they are observed.
