Method:

Thin-layerÊchromatographyÊ(TLC) is aÊchromatographyÊtechnique used to separate non-volatile mixtures. After the sample has been applied on the plate, a solvent or solvent mixture (known as the

mobile phase) is drawn up the plate via capillary action.
