A one meter long aluminum scale 50 mm wide x 4mm thick. Heaving Chuck in the center with Pin vice which can be hanged with a wall clamp with chuck nut for hanging wire from the roof. 

the scale is graduated. two equal weights of 100 gm approx and 1 inch dia are provided which can be placed at any point of the aluminum scale. by changing the position of these weights , the time period of the system can be changed
